Yash Havalimane | Co-Founder
Our president, Mr. Yash Havalimane is a serial investor and entrepreneur with a positive mindset. In addition to serving as a president at Namma Partner LLC, he is also an actively serving President in six other companies, namely Neoage Services, LLC, Data Strategies Interchange, LLC, Right Title Services, LLC, Namma Boomi Development, LLC, Variety Center, LLC, and Namma Rental Homes 2020, LLC.
Yash has worked in data migration, IT services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), real estate, financing, and investment industries throughout his career. Serving as a President in all of these companies, Yash has acquired numerous accolades while driving these companies to new heights.
Yash is also an active philanthropist. In the past, he has enthusiastically volunteered at Chinmaya Mission, Shri Krishna Vrundavana, IAAFB, HKV, AKKA, and Sewa International for different religious, disaster recovery, educational, cultural, sports, and community programs.

Sudhir Joshi | Co-Founder
Mr. Sudhir Joshi is an IT professional and a Senior Partner in Namma Partner LLC. Sudhir has maintained several managerial positions in JAS Dreams LLC, Broadway Condominiums, Namma Bhoomi Development, LLC, and Nemma Rental Homes 2020, LLC.
Sudhir is also a real estate investor with a solid portfolio of strong investments in single-family, multifamily, land, and commercial real estate. He has overlooked several real estate development projects over the course of his career.
